About me

Wenqian Shen (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2018. She is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Information and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing.

She has published several journal articles and conference papers in IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SIGNAL PROCESSING, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON COMMUNICATIONS, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON VEHICULAR TECHNOLOGY, and IEEE ICC. Her research interests include massive MIMO and mmWave/THz communications. She received the IEEE Best Paper Award from IEEE ICC 2017.
